The envisioned park site is 45 to 200 acres We want to enter into a contract that will allow us to purchase the full 45 to 200 acres over the duration of seven-years. The park will be a gated recreational area. The park will have a large pond with a large beach area . There will be Caretaker quarters with a 24 hour resident caretaker. There wil be a 65,000 sq ft.building for one stop shopping, office space and a garage for the parks maintenance equipment.

The park is looking to be a host for:

Phase One:

  • Law enforcement K-9
  • Sled dog groups
  • Agility groups
  • Utility groups
  • Hunting training groups
  • Dog shows
  • Fund raising site for animal rescue organizations

Phase two:

  • Cross county skiing
  • Buy more land
  • Add bike paths
  • Bike rental
  • Skate rental
  • Sidewalk café (where you can eat with your pet)

We are currently looking for volunteers to assist us with our Park. The services we need are an Architectural Engineer and a Building Designer. We will gladly accept any volunteer that has something to offer the project.
